Bob Todd is an entrepreneur with 20 years
of experience with technology companies. He has founded or been
a founding investor/director in several startups, two of which
are now public companies with combined annual sales in excess
of $6 billion. Bob's operating experience includes 10 years as
a founder and CEO of Flextronics, and five years as the CEO of
CAS, Inc. Bob has an M.B.A. from Stanford University and an A.B.
in statistics from Princeton University.
KIP MYERS
Kip Myers is a successful venture investor and entrepreneur. Prior to
Red Rock, Kip was a partner in Vanguard III, IV and V over a fourteen
year period. Previously, he was founder and vice president of
engineering and marketing of Plexus Computers. Kip also co-founded Onyx
Systems. Earlier he served as an engineering manager at Zilog. Kip
earned an M.B.A. and a B.S.E.E. from U.C. Berkeley.
PETER DUMANIAN
Peter Dumanian was formerly director of online
marketing at @Home Network and held several senior product management
positions at Intuit. Peter holds a B.A. in English and an M.B.A.
from Stanford University.
LAURA BREGE
Laura Brege was formerly Chief Financial Officer at
COR Therapeutics, Inc., a publicly held biopharmaceutical company. Prior to COR, she held
senior financial positions at Flextronics and The Cooper Companies.
Earlier she had several banking positions in Chicago. Laura has a B.S. in
economics and a B.A. in government from Ohio University and an M.B.A.
from the University of Chicago.
BOB MARSH
Bob Marsh is an entrepreneur with over thirty years in the software and high technology industry. He founded and served as CEO of three venture
funded startups: Plexus Computers, Onyx Systems and ImageOnline. He
also founded and served as the first President of the Unix trade
association, UniForum. Earlier in his career, he held a variety of
development and management positions within several MIS organizations
and systems integrators. Bob earned a B.A. in Computer Science at U. C.
Berkeley.

LAURA GWOSDEN
Laura Gwosden has spent all of her career in early stage venture capital
firms. She has been the Chief Financial Officer of ComVentures, Vanguard
Venture Partners, and Red Rock Ventures. In her role as CFO, she has executed
the formation of more than ten venture capital funds, raising capital in
excess of $1.7 billion, and managing numerous distributions. She has been
responsible for establishing and maintaining all legal, accountant, banking,
and brokerage relationships. Laura graduated from UC Davis with a BS in Human Development and later earned
an MBA, focusing on finance, from Santa Clara University.
